All packages are sent in collaboration with PostNL.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same working day. After your payment has been received, your order will be processed. The delivery time for the Netherlands is approximately 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
No packages will be shipped on national holidays.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on any delays at PostNL. Please note that this can happen.
Return policy
Exchange within 14 days of purchase. Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Track & Trace
You will receive an email from us as soon as your payment has been registered and also when your order has been shipped. All items are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace, so you can always see where your package is and when you can expect it at home.
Ordered an item with a longer delivery time in combination with an item that is immediately available?
You can still order some sold-out items, with a longer delivery time. This option will appear if possible after clicking the size and gift option. In this case, the package will only be sent when the item to be delivered has been received. Do you want the item that is in stock sooner? Then make it 2 separate orders. This also applies to pre-orders!
If the delivery time of an item is longer, a message will appear in the shopping cart in yellow during the ordering process (One or more products in the shopping cart are not (fully) in stock. The expected delivery time may differ) and the expected delivery time will be shown at the checkout. sold out item. Without the yellow notification, everything is in stock and you can expect your package according to the regular delivery time.
If you have not received your order 7 working days after receiving our e-mail that your order has been shipped, please contact us at webshop@paulelstak.nl and we will check where your package is.
